Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 to use PartyScrum. Planners may authenticate through an available secure Supabase sign-in provider. Premium planners may use a private planner handle, long code phrase, planner PIN, and offline recovery key instead. Planners are responsible for protecting that account, their event links, PINs, guest codes, and all activity performed through their planner dashboard.

Guests use event-specific credentials and do not receive PartyScrum accounts. Standard access requires the event link, PIN, and alias. Sanctum Mode additionally requires the exact event tag, creator handle, an approved alias, and a guest-specific secret code. You may use credentials only for an event to which you were invited and may not share, probe, automate, or attempt to bypass them.

• Invite only people you intend to give access to and remove access when appropriate.
• Obtain permission before entering another person's alias or other information.
• Do not place highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification data on a Scrum.
• Keep event locations and payment handles limited to the intended group.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PartyScrum a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.

• The price shown at checkout is a one-time fee for the identified Scrum.
• A private no-email planner purchase includes private planner credentials and one Sanctum Scrum credit.
• Each additional Sanctum Scrum requires its own one-time fee unless another credit is shown at checkout.
• A payment session may activate Sanctum Mode only once and cannot be reused for another Scrum.
• Stripe processes the transaction and its terms apply to payment processing.
• Unless law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable after activation. Contact support if the feature did not activate as purchased.

Contribution boards are shared ledgers. PartyScrum does not process, hold, transfer, guarantee, or resolve payments between planners and guests. Those arrangements and any disputes remain between the people involved.

The Acceptable Use Policy applies. PartyScrum helps coordinate events but does not organize, supervise, vet, or guarantee them. Planners and guests are responsible for offline conduct, safety, and the accuracy of event details.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may restrict credentials, Scrums, or accounts to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties. PartyScrum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to us in the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the relationship between you and PartyScrum, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Questions may be sent to support@partyscrum.app.
